Property and Waste Clearance Operative

As a fast growing, eco conscious waste management company committed to keeping Scotland clean and green. From house clearances, offices to gardens and more, we provide responsible, efficient clearance services with sustainability at the heart of what we do.

We’re now looking for a hardworking, reliable Clearance Operative to join our fun, friendly team.

What You’ll Do

No two days are the same! Your role will include:

• Clearing properties, offices, gardens, and sites
• Loading and unloading items safely and efficiently
• Sorting materials for recycling, reuse, or proper disposal
• Representing the company professionally with customers
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Keeping vehicles and equipment clean and in good condition

What We’re Looking For

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
• A team player with a strong work ethic
• Positive attitude, punctual, and dependable
• Previous experience in clearance/removals is a bonus — not essential
• Full UK driving licence
